Hi I am casting a commercial for a well known coffee. The director is Nadav Kander who is an incredible director and world renowned photographer (having shot the likes of Obama!).
THE DIRECTOR IS LOOKING FOR NUANCED, SENSITIVE, STRONG, TRUTHFUL PERFORMANCES- the acting must be small and subtle! He also wants non ‘ad- y’ people i.e. ‘ordinary’ looking people that we recognise from our everyday lives, however their faces must have something special and captivating about them. PLEASE SEE BELOW EXAMPLE PICS OF THE SORT OF LOOK HE LIKES not necessarily all right for these roles but wanted to give you an idea of which direction to go in – think Hugh Laurie, Kevin Spacey, Tom Waits – NOT USUAL COMMERCIAL LOOKS – All ages are playing ages

All forms of internet use (streaming only) including but not limited pre-rolls, mastheads, banners, all Client, Agency and third party sites, all social networking sites and You Tube (all without territorial restrictions) via any platform including but not limited to mobile devices All forms of Industrial use/ non broadcast use, including but not limited to In-Store /on premises, advertising on mobiles, all events usage
including but not limited to, places of general assembly, Jumbotrons, DOH Trade shows and conferences and conventions including to dealers and distributors Secondary Media (excludes paid for advertising) The right to use of permit to be used the Campaign Materials(s), and any clips therefrom, in all non paid for commercial use, in any medium for all time without further payment. Use shall include but is not limited to, PR, editorial comment &
review by third parties, agency/industry branded and controlled websites; award entries and websites; Education and training, archive materials/sites, Agency/Client/production partners self promotion including but not limited to showreels in any medium. Internal use by the Client and the Agency and Production Partners (including, without limitation, use on the parties’ intranet, at shareholders meetings, sales conferences/meetings attended by employees of the Client and Agency group companies, internal presentations, communications and usage within their premises); For avoidance of doubt this usage excludes any paid for advertising use. Exclusivity Must not have appeared in any competitive advertising for the last three years.
