HERO GIRL (Female, 6 – 9) Our girl is around 6-9 years old, and right at the
stage where she is very curious about the world and all its wonders. She is
still open, non judgemental, free. Society has not yet given her boundaries.
All ethnicities. Preferably quite small. Interesting- both visually and in
personality! We want to see kids from ALL areas of the UK not just London
kids. We’ve made it a Saturday casting so hoping this will be possible.
Please note age and location on application. They shouldn’t be recognisable
from TV or commercials. Would love to see fresh new talent from all over
please. She finds comfort in her imagination and loves learning. You never
know when
talking to her whether shes actually paying attention or if shes thinking
about something far more interesting, concocting a plan. When she puts her
mind to something she is determined and fearless. Theres a grit and
strength in there behind her quirkiness. The sort of strength that comes
from knowing youre different to the other kids and enjoying it. She is
unconventional looking and visually striking. Perhaps her hair is bit wild,
she isnt girly in that way. But she is not a tomboy either, she still
loves pink. But with all this, she is loveable and kind. Her heart is always
in the right place and she just wants to help. This girl just needs to be

HERO MAN (Male, 50 – 90) Hero Man Age- to look around 80 but we are
interested in seeing Men age 50+ and we will use prosthetics and make up on
the younger looking men. All ethnicities. We want to find the best we can.
Not a famous face but a very good actor. He’ll need to give a subtle but
weighty performance and be physically fit. The older the better. We are
looking at exploring a range of actors, thespians, physical theatre actors
and dancers. Also open to seeing non actors/supporting artists if they fit
the brief. If younger, he should physically be able to act and move like an
older person. HERO MAN CHARACTER- He is part human and part ethereal being.
He looks like a man in his 80s, kind and loveable, short with white hair and
a soft and slightly round face. EYES are important- There should be pathos
and joy without much performance. We need to feel something for him. Despite
his age his eyes are bright, youthful and alive. Think the eyes of Albert
Einstein or Picasso. They are always thinking, feeling, searching. A kind of
BFG. A very real figment of a childs imagination. He has been around
forever. Alone. His face shows the lines of an eternity. A bit like how you
remember your grandfather when you were a kid – wrinkles everywhere you
look. How can there be so many and where have they come from? Some wrinkles
have even been around so long they have dropped and gathered in folds around
the joints. He is a man of simple expressions. A raising of the eyebrow
here, a slight pursing of the lips there, he rarely lets his emotions show.
His ears and nose are large, oversized. They keep on growing with his age.
He has long distended ear lobes that hang almost to his shoulders. They
occasionally get in the way. His movements are gentle and graceful. Please
don’t suggest anyone who has been featured in any recent major campaigns
even if not conflicting. Although we would like an excellent actor they
