Fee: Up to 1 x 60″ plus all edits, cut-downs, stills, and versions, UK only Featured talent (Main PA, Agent) at a BSF of £300.00 per day. (The Artist’s Daily Rate of £300.00 includes a payment of £32.31 (12.07%), in respect of any entitlement to annual leave under the Working Time Regulations 1998.) Buyout of £5,000.00 (payable only if featured in the final on-air versions). Buyout fee to cover: 6 months usage – All forms of TV, Internet, All forms of PR, Road Shows, Trade Events plus any behind the scenes films (to be shown on BT controlled internet sites only). Option for additional 3 months use (same media as above) at £2,500 buyout (within same year) Additional fees, if applicable: Casting recalls – £50 per recalls Wardrobe calls – £50 for up to 2 hours. Walk-ons at a BSF of £200 per day. (The Artist’s Daily Rate of £200 includes a payment of £21.54 (12.07%), in respect of any entitlement to annual leave under the Working Time Regulations 1998. £200 fee is a one-off including usage covering all mediums worldwide in perpetuity. Applicable to all artists – use on client/agency/business related show-reels & websites, education & training purposes, social media sites and entry to worldwide festivals/competitions in perpetuity. Use of stills taken from the commercial plus stills taken on set may be used for PR purposes (non-paid for advertising space). NB: The artist is being engaged on a self-employed basis and will be responsible for their own income tax / national insurance contributions as a self-employed person.
NOTE If you are not happy with rates please don’t suggest talent . We are casting this last minute commercial on Thursday 24th March 16 its our only casting day. It will star one of the biggest stars in Hollywood and good for any artists showreel . We have very limited time please mark clearly on your suggestions the name of the role suggesting. Do not suggest any one who has appeared in competitive advertising of any form within the last three years.
